How do I tell my bf?

to practice more of his english. he lives in Asia, but whenever we chat or text, he has a lot of grammar and spelling errors. How can I tell him nicely without hurting his feelings

Well, I don't think it's a question that'll offend him.

I would just say it straight up..but cool and casual of course like it's not a big deal.

Just say, "You know, you should work on your English more often. With a little more practice, you'll sound perfect!"

Try to set a good example for him and also let him know that you try to have good grammar and spelling.

But as far as addressing his errors, I would only do so if I do not understand what he is trying to say.

Consider yourself lucky that he hasn't asked you to speak in his native language and make some allowances. If it is extremely bothersome to the point that you can't stand it, you could try something like this. "Oh, did you mean to say.....(then type the grammatically correct version of the text.)?"

Try to use the same words as him, but spell them right, he should read them and then learn that that is the right way to spell them!

Give him credit. He is trying. Why can't you learn his language? The you can see how hard it really is. You are to give 50/50 in a relationship.So try putting yourself in his shoes.

You must tell him the right thing he should do.That he must study more on english.I think he will not get mad at you because it is for his own good.Just tell him the right way,wherein he would not get hurt.He'll understand you for sure.
