Okay, the guy I like knows I like him and he flirts with me too. We haven't talked about the fact that he knows I like him, and I would like to know how he feels about me. What do you think- should I straight-up ask him, wait for him to make some kind of move, or keep flirting and hope one of us makes a move soon? What do you think?

I dont think you should worry too hard. If he really likes you, he will show it and even possibly say it eventually. If you ask him straight up, he might pull back a little. I would keep flirting, and if you feel aggressive, maybe even ask him to hang out or go to the movies.

Ask him to hang out casually. You don't need to start off with a serious date. Get friends together and go see a movie or something and invite him. Work that way to get closer to him.

Don't wait around for him, at least ask him to hang out, he's probably just really shy, hang out as friends util he's comfortable around you and then he might say.

"Accidentally" show him your goods, and then assess his attitude towards you after you put out and he thnks you're scum, but still kind of hot. If you're more hot than scum, you're gold. If you're more scum than hot, you can probably do him two, maybe three more times before he tells his friends how bad you are in bed.
