I'm potentially bipolar and this is what my shrink told me about it: You have periods of extreme ups and downs that can be sometimes recognized by irratic behavior, variations in your motivation, but while you're a teen your bipolar disorder is expressed as depression.
I think you meant OCD-obsessive compulsive disorder. You can have anxiety if you deviate from your ordinary routine. There are things you may have to do a certain number of times--that someone without this disorder would be fine doing once, such as washing your hands--and feel something "bad" is going to happend if you don't.
Try to think about what is behind, what I think is safe to assume you have, many fears.

I have Bipolar

I often feel like I don't.

The tests are all like "have you ever had this or that symptom?"

Not , "Do you have it now or in the past year or two?"

I think sometimes people get better from it. Mostly they say no though. Take lots of fish oil and do what you have to in order to stay as calm and happy as you can. Take meds if and when you need them.

bless your heart I have never heard of anyone having all of those diagnoses at once. The good news is mental health help is getting better and better. Keep going for your office visits and do what they say, take the meds they prescribe. Webmd may have good information for you.

Please edit your question and provide more details on your symptoms. A true schizophrenic is a poor judge of their illness...or lack of it.
