It is not usually considered a good idea. It will sometimes dry your hair out and give you a dull listless look. But people who still want to should use a really good conditioner and alot of it.

Yes. You can color your hair right after the bleach. Do not put the conditioner after you bleach, only shampoo it twice. Apply the conditioner after you shampoo out the dye.
If you do it yourself, you might not like your new color due to improper application and timing. It will be way better if you do it in a salon.

I have done it before. It depends on what color you are putting on it, and what color your hair was before you bleached it. Why do you want to bleach it, anyway? Some hair color will have a lightener in it that will take care of that step so it is less stressful on your hair.

Yes, you can. Just be aware that the color will be lighter than the color you use. It will also fade faster. HOWEVER, I wouldn't recommend you do it yourself. Go to a professional. They will know how to make it work for you. You may mess it up ...then it's considered a hair color correction and will cost you more to do it right than if you went to a stylist in the beginning.

you can if you're very careful. and only use a temporary color since it's much gentler on bleached hair. if you opt for permanent color, see a professional.
