I went down to the co-op where I weigh myself on the feed scales. It said 688 last time and now it says 717. Its only been a month. Am I gaining weight, or what is wrong.

I'm worried soon I will have to go to the livestock scale.

Any tips?

I would go to the doctor right away to get advice on that one. That is way to big to be healthy for you.

I feel so sorry your going through such a rough time. A livestock scale must've been something you have seen coming for sometime though. My advice is to go to the doctor and see if there are any ways to help you become healthy again!

Stay away from fast food, candy, cake, ice-cream (that means anything with refined sugars) and any thing with trans-fat (main ingredient: partially hydrogenated oils). Instead eat more dark green vegetables and fruits (but not too much because of their sugar content) and don't forget your protein (organic beef & chicken). Maybe you can do this for a month & see how you do.

Yes, sorry. You can probrably lose it, though. It just takes dedication, some excercise and dieting.
