Yes, but what we have come to know as the standard "king Size" bed is the largest commercial size available to the public in the rectangular retail industry.
If you need / want something longer, (like Wilt Chamberlain - Famous Basketball Superstar needed), or wider, Like Quinten De Wilde - 800 lb man) needed. then there is always the option of a custom made bed, as there is with a number of specialty and custom made shops being kept busy around the colck today, to serve the special needs of not only Americas, but now the world's citizens as well.
Plus you now have your choice of bed media. you can sleep on traditional tied coil / box spring ma tress & and foam & cotton batt matress with "pillow top"
Then there is the air beds, with rigid bases to replace the box spiings, and two coiled air matresses, with separate controls, to allow a different firmness on either side of the bed, (The much touted "Sleep Number".).
Last but not least are the water beds, you have the old bladder type - which is a large, squishy ballon that is confined in a wooden frame that tends to create "waves" when ever an occupant moves about in the bed. ( Some of these came with heaters - some not. Some of these beds leaked easily, others did not, Some had foam rubber soung matresses - others did not - the moment was so clear.

The "Ultra King," is larger than both the King and California King. You can also get beds made custom to fit you or your family.

Lol not that I know of, but what would you need an extra-king sized bed for? Unless you were an elephant, I think King is just fine ;)

If you don't mind the crack down the middle, you can use two doubles, pushed together. You'll have better luck finding bedding, too.
If, however, money is no object, you could definitely have something custom-made -- and custom-make all the sheets, blankets and quilts, while you are at it. It would be possible to DIY this -- but you may be stuck with old-fashioned mattresses filled with goose down or straw ticking.
