I would say no. I wouldn't give my dog that because of the fairly strong and potent citris acids in clementines. It could bother the dog's stomach.

Yes, they can. Oranges and clementines are really good for dogs. I'd like to know where everyone gets this idea that citrus is bad for dogs, because it's unfounded. Here is some info taken from a dog health book:

Everyone knows that oranges are an excellent source of vitamin C, but they have more to offer nutritionally than just this nutrient. One orange contains generous levels of folate (folic acid), potassium, and thiamin, as well as some calcium and magnesium. Equally important to the nutritional value of oranges is their supply of flavonoids, making oranges a valuable aid in strengthening the immune system, supporting connective tissues, and promoting overall good health. Oranges have been shown to protect against cancer, and fight viral infections.

They have the same benefits to dogs as they do to people. They are very good for them, and a lot of dog foods include them as ingredients for this reason. It's really too bad so many people think they are bad for dogs, because they're great for them. Clementines and oranges have the same amount of citrus and vitamins btw.

Mine eats a bite of grapefruit and is OK with it. I would not give too much fruit, espec. citrus, to a pet. You could be up all night with a potty mess! Best of luck to you!
