My guess would be the remote second and third world countries not involved in the conflict.
Any industrialized country, involved or not, would suffer tremendous economic damage as the world markets would shatter. Most industrialized nations rely on imports to survive, and contain large population centers. Any significant disruption would cause massive problems. Nations that don't rely on imports or are still primarily rural/agrarian would probably be fine.
No doubt, the human race would suffer a tremendous setback. It is unlikely that the human race will be completely annihilated though.
