I mean really leaking until u can see the drainage on the floor or it wets up clothing. Its not infection, just fluid retention.

The doctor says its a form of cellulitis because of diabetes.

For goodness sake, please go to an urgent care as soon as possible. You don't give a lot of information in your question but drainage from the abdomen leaking fluid from a sore - so much so that you can see it on the floor - YIKES! How do you know it's not an infection? It sure sounds like an infection to me. If it's not, are you a diabetic? Have you had cancer? You have got to get to a doctor ASAP.

You definately need to see a doctor. You haven't said if you've had any bowel or other abdomenal surgery. ??
It may be a fistula of some kind which is a passage made for fluid to escape. With the information given it is impossible to know for sure.

no i've never heard of it ,but if you have it it must be painful and messy,, you better get to a docter as soon as possible
