Anxiety is terrible, and I sympathize with you. Go to your Mental Health physician and work on getting new meds. If you can afford it try acupuncture, it works wonders.

First off calm down and take a deep breathe.
It will be ok, take a moment to count to one hundred, as fast or as slow as suits you. Get a drink of water and clear you mind of all that is worrying you just for a second or two. Really get a good feel of what a blank mind feels like so that when you begin to panic and anxiety attack again, you can go back to that point and feel a brief moment of mental relief.
Or you can imagine a happy place in your mind, anywhere that you feel safe and happy doing whatever that makes you feel happy and safe.
And when you start to panic or have a panic attack just stop take a deep breathe, in your nose and out your mouth, and clear you mind slowly in a wave style motion imagine the past being file away in a cabinet far away from the surface of your mind, then imagine that the past week was just filed away in a cabinet in the back of your mind as well, now the Current day is now at it's end and is being filed away and now all you see is a dark grey room, with a chair and a table. Imagine that you are walking to the chari and you are sitting down at the table, and you just sit there thinking about nothing,
Then from that chair take yourself to your chosen happy place, and stay there till you are calmed down and ready to start again at whatever task you were working on before your attack.
If you practice this excersize you can possible be rid of your attacks. With the help of a Dr or friend, willing to talk you through the steps of this excersize.
Good luck to you.

No. 1. You can't press charges for something that isn't illegal - rude is not against the law. Just not good customer service. 2. Parking in spaces that are labeled "emergency" is illegal, and is something you shouldn't be doing, unless you not getting your coffee and donut in the morning is a matter of life and death (if it is, Starbucks has much better stuff). 3. The tow truck driver was just doing the job he was called to do - more than likely by the hospital and/or police department. You can't hold someone accountable for doing their job. 4. If anything, the driver could get you. At the moment he took the job, he was acting as an agent of the police department, and it is illegal to bribe someone in that capacity. I think you should just pay the $100 and count your blessings.

STOP IT, JUST STOP IT, RIGHT NOW!
I can tell you from experience, that if you don't you will be crazy. you need to find something to keep your mind busy. Say all the things yo0u are thankful for. Gods Words say that he does not give a spirit of fear but of love, power, and of sound mind. I sought God, I am sane today!
After you get control you might consider some of the medications you are on and what people who are supposed to be helping you are saying to you.
I am off all the so called mind medications, that almost drove me mad. And in control, instead of people talking to me as though I was mentally ill, I am treated with respect.
Dr. and other had me convinced I was crazy!
Take control, and ask Jesus to deliver you from this demonic attack.

I have suffered with severe anxiety disorder for 18 years. I know how scary it can be.Go to www.paniccenter.net and read their information on the site. You can read other peoples posts and even post yourself if you'd like. They have free online CBT also, which was pretty helpful for me. I truly sympathize with you, I feel your pain, trust me! I also am a member of an online chat room/support group(it's free). I love it there because everyone has anxiety and understands. If you'd like more info on it just email me through my yahoo answers profile and I will help you all I can. Try to relax and breathe deeply. Get your mind on something you enjoy. Best of luck to you.

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.
Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life

This is a very good blog, a beginner’s guide to abnormal psychology.
Short, clear and simple; and you can even post your question and contact the author regarding particular subject you are interested in, for FREE

Try to keep your mind busy and not thinking about things you dont need be thinking about. Listen to the radio, watch tv, play some games..this sounds pretty serious to me and i would definitely go to a "head" doctor..maybe try getting laid to relax you? "seriously" Also check out a book called "The power of now" great "self" book. I read it and has helped me immensely in dealing with my thoughts.
