If you are talking about Miley Cyrus, the girl who plays her, her real hair is brown. If you are talking about her on the show and in concert, then it's blonde, because she has a wig on.

she was born with dark brown hair but its lighten up because her moms hair is naturally blonde. so when your a baby u hair is dark but when most kids grow up they hair lighten at certain ages.. Me my hair at a baby age was dark brown , but when i turned 6 yrs old i started getting these natural auburn highlights in my head and my daddy thought my mom was dying my hair but it was just my gene's on my dads side coming through. all his sisters have beautiful red auburn hair like Bree on Housewives. An my moms side they have chocolate brown hair like Linda Carter . So some genes are dominant on either side of the family

well actually when u first look at her u can see that she's a dirty blonde (not the one u think, lol her hair) but her hair or wig is blonde with brown highlights. I am a little too old for it but i love it it's knd of cool my friends laugh at me sometimes but i dont care i love it. lol
