I have a zenith tv 16inch probly 4- 5years old sum reason ever once and a while it will turn off (by its self) and ill un plug it and plug it back in then about 5 mins later it will make a buzzing noise and u press the on button about 5-6 times and it comes on and it works good for about a month well it turned off 3 weeks ago and it hasnt made that noise anyone know how i can get it to turn on, or kno what that is? *ive tried messin with cords switches and hitting it on the side but nothin...

Sounds like the high voltage transformer was going but now it has shorted.Cost of repairs would equal price of replacement tv.Time to go shopping.
