generally - you have to give 1 calendar month & 1 days notice to ther registrar of births ;deaths & marriages - this can be done through your celebrant
you must have 2 people over 18 to act as witnesses

the first site I mentioned will also give you names for celebrants if you do not want a religious ceremony

Call the courts over ther and see what the laws are. They can help out alot.Good Luck. You might be able to go online and see what you can find out.
