Way to soon to date. Not only is TD right about the adultery, But he is also going to have some emotional issues to deal with. Regardless of whether or not he initiated the divorce or not, it's going to take some time to get some closure from the divorce. People don't realize that divorce takes a lot out of the people getting a divorce, emotionally and financially.

That's a very touchy subject as I went through the same thing and ended up getting hurt when he went back to his wife and the same thing happened to me when me and my ex do our "back and forth" dance(we're together AGAIN after being divorced almost 8 years). I would stay close, but yet keep a distance. Maybe coffee or a walk in the park, simple things. Even going "dutch(paying your own share on the bill)" at lunch. DO NOT SLEEP WITH HIM TIL THE DIVORCE IS FINAL. Kissing and hugging is cool, but wait a few dates. Just make sure he knows your there for him if you really like him.
Good luck!
