I've bought labrets, plugs, and nose screws on different occasions from http://www.anotherhole.com/ and I have been completely satisfied with all the jewelry I received and the prices. I will continue to shop from there, I highly recommend them.
There is also http://www.tribalectic.com/Home.asp They have a great selection however I'm not a fan of the externally threaded stuff which most of their jewelry is. They are also a bit more expensive.

"The bump" which you got is very common in nose piercings and are caused by irritation. What you should have done, is put a spot of tea tree oil on it once and day and try to leave it alone as much as possible. If you want it pierced again, I'd recommend you going to a piercers that use a needle (NOT a gun!) and who can pierce it with titanium jewellery. Titanium is well known and not many people get a reaction from it.
