Sounds like a recurring migraine headache with allergies. This would account for the swelling. Do you sleep on the right side at night? If so, all of the sinus drainage could be accumulating in that sinus cavity. Use a cool mist humidifier at night, take some kind of antihistamine medication (like Benadryl, Comtrex, Tylenol Allergy-Sinus, etc.), and use Vick's vapor rub on a cloth near your nose. The Vick's will help decongest your nose and allow you to breath better. You could also be having an ear infection. If this continues, you will need to go to the doctor and get on an antibiotic for sinus infection.

A fibromyalgia-like condition can affect you from sitting at a computer with all this pointing and clicking, plus all the small somewhat tedious hand movements to type. It may be you have some muscle swelling and nerve stress in your right shoulder that is producing referrent-pain in the fom of a headache. I often get pain in my eye from such a headache.
There's a bean-bag product (available at drugstores) called a "Bed Buddy" that you heat in a microwave. You can place this over the shoulder, or across the shoulders and neck, or lie down on it, and so forth that will sooth the muscle and take down the swelling. Be sure not to get it too hot! It also can help some with sinus headaches.
It sounds to me, though, like a muscle tension headache. Best wishes.

I am 22 weeks and have been getting headaches since about week 6. I got referred to a neurologist who said I have migraines and put me on some meds. I went back after one month and since the first meds didn't work he tried some nerve-blocker shots and new medicine. It's been a week and I haven't been getting headaches the way I was, although both times he gave me lortab for when I do get the headaches and told me to stop taking tylenol. I had to complain to my OB repeatedly before I got the referral, but my headaches had been pretty unbearable. Maybe you should try to see a neurologist.

A couple weeks is a long time to have a headache. It's your body telling you something is wrong.
I would seek medical attention first. If it is confirmed to be sinus problems, there are home remedies to help.
I use a Neti Pot to clean my sinuses, every time they flare up.
It works great especially if you are allergy prone which could cause the sinus headache.
Get it checked out to see what you have then begin treatment.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

I have this problem alot...go to your local health food store and get some peppermint oil and dab a spot on your temples. For now take some Vics Vapo Rub and put a LITTLE spot on each temple and one on the top of the spine under the hairline. It works wonders for draining the sinuses. I have felt the SAME feeling of sensitivity you have THIS WORKS.
