This one girl came up to me at a football game and introduced herself and said she was in one of my classes, and i'v heard her talking about me in class. Do you think she likes me?

Okay, first question: she may like you, she may not. Under these circumstances, it's most probable. Don't rush into things, or assume though, without befriending the girl first. Second, girls definitely want male friends. I think you'd be safe to ask her out though, just as friends to begin with. Invite her to go out with you and a group of mutual friends- that will make the situation less stressful for the both of you. As far as dating rules, just be yourself. Don't be cocky or piggish, and you should be fine. Next, ask the girl what she wants for Christmas. If she says a surprise, make her something. It will mean a lot more. And as far as what you want, if you're really unsure, tell her to surprise you. Then it's up to her to figure out what to get you.

For answering one of your questions, yes some girls just want to be friends with certain guys. I have a boyfriend and a lot of guys that are my best friends. It depends on the relationship.
