i wouldn't, you should do something like that to his face, it means more in person, write him loves letters but him getting that question in a letter will shock him.

I believe you should have proposed to him before he left for the army but it is never too late to do so. If he feels the same way towards you and you do towards him, I don't think he will be shocked but rather it will give him something to look forward to in his homecoming. Good Luck.

You do what you think is best, if you think you will get a " Yes " to your proposal, then go for it , I am assuming that you have been together for quite some time, any way, Good Luck ! Do come back on line and let us know if he says 'Yes '.

Well if you start the letter by telling him about your babysitting dilemma and then perhaps tell him about your husband who you're desperate to please then maybe that'll be an icebreaker... perhaps then instead of proposing you could put your pen down come on here and make up some more silly questions just for the sheer hell of it!!

Just a thought...

Could you wait untill he's out of boot camp? He's got enough on his plate right now.

Brilliant idea. He'll love it. Unless of course he doesn't like you. You'll soon find out won't you.
