I heard this on a radio show, forgot which, but it said that the hole in the ozone layer is gone. Is this true or not?

Unfortunately, no -- it's not gone.
It had been shrinking a bit year by year, since we banned CFC's, but this past year it was huge again -- biggest it's ever been, in fact. Sigh. Link below.

There is nothing that man can do to affect the ozone layer . There is no hole in the ozone layer. The ozone layer is very high up , and the solar winds are traveling at a million mph. Are there any CFC that could swim upstream against that solar winds. The ozone layer is created where the earths magnetic field collides with the solar winds.

The ozone layer will never be gone. Ozones are charged particles. There will always be an electromagnetic hole or weakness in our polar regions.

No, but you can't actually see it because it's a hole . . . that's the way it is with the environment; we don't usually see or feel the effects of the damage we're doing until it's too late! As for the radio show, you must be listening to so-called "conservative" talk radio -- nothing they say on it is true!

i could almost guess which one.
the same one that always talks all the nonsese going around amongst people who think they are conservatives.

in reality banning CFC production in the United States helped until they started being produced elsewhere.

just like banning DDT use int he United States helped our envornment, but continues to destroy the environments of the countries it is still being sold to.
