The other morning I was home from school and thought no one was home, I was in the basement watching tv and was watching one of my moms exercise videos and was just wearing only my tee shirt and ... well when i looked up my mom was standing on the stairs watching me, I have no idea how long she had been there, I hurried and covered up and went to my room and she says she wants to talk, I am really afraid to talk to her , I have lived alone with my mom for ten years since my dad left, what should we say to each other? She works at a bar and is allways coming home real late so I have not really seen her , what will she say!

Paul your 15 and hormonal , its natural,the fact that she saw you.Its truly more uncomfortable for her.You sound like a decent kid.Just be honest and respect her.Shes doin the best she can as a parent and you are growing up.Keep the communication goin no matter what.She will always be your rock know that.Never be afraid to talk over life w/ mom.I certainly hope my boys will honour that.We may not always have the right answers but we are sure good listeners.God bless.

Not sure couldn't be to bad maybe she just wants to discuss to you about you sitting in her house half naked practically lol or she might want to talk to you about sexual concerns who know don't be afraid its a good thing when moms wants to talk to her maybe you should have thought about sitting like that and watching her video in your room probably wouldn't have been a big deal since you in your space and not in the open..

Hopefully she will not embrasses you you all to hell over this. Most everyone gives themselve pleasure from time to time. Your a young guy..hormones going crazy..you did what every other guy would do at that time. I know it's easier said then done..but try no to worry to much about it. let her say her piece (hopefully it is something like.."will you please make sure you have privacy in you room for that"..and leave it like that. ..or even better..not say anything..it happened..big deal..I'm sure you will keep to your room..or a locked room now!..no more needs to be said.

your 15 it is quite normal she may want to talk to you about more appropriate places to explore your sexual feelings like your bedroom door closed ect. and may want to have the old "sex" talk which is harder on the parent then the kid so don't sweat it buddy

were you wanking to her excercise video? then she probably wants to talk to you about sex or sexuality.
