they just need to have self control and to practice abstinence. They should take a vow of celebacy till they reach adult stage. 18 and over and no longer a minor. After all, in most states, that is the legal age of consent for sex.
It could fix alot of poverty problems too. And welfare money can go to other things. Their futures won't be ruined either! They can concentrate on school and making something out of themselves instead of being at stay at home mom raising little kids! It's really sad the way some teens, all they dream for, is to be a stay at home mom doing that! What has the world gone down to!

Teens need to listen and pay attention in sex education/health classes rather than relying upon the old wive's tales, urban legends and rumors that their peers spread around. I can't tell you how many times I've heard teen girls say "well you can't get pregnant your first time anyway" or "you can't get pregnant if you don't orgasm". Both are DEAD wrong....One of my favorites is "you can't get spread HIV if neither one has tested positive" Again Dead wrong which leads to death.

The morning after pill is now available over the counter, birth control is easier to get, murdering your unborn child is now an option.

The best solution would be just staying away from sex.
I have had sex, sure it's nice.
but it is NOT worth the stress of a young girl waiting for her period to come...

1st solution is: DON'T DO IT!!! (THAT DOESN'T WORK)....LET'S SEE the 2nd solution is provide rubbers for the teenagers...I know some (RELIGIOUS PEOPLE WILL frown upon this)...but it is reality!!! 3rd solution is to provide access to the nearest clinic...where they can get birth control PREVENTION ....REMEMBER SOME TEENAGERS DO NOT LISTEN!!! these are just SUGGESTIONS!!!!...A BABY HAVING A BABY THAT THEY no longer can take care of????? very sad!!!
