I bought a set of jewelers files ( around 17 bucks for 12) that i use for serrated knife sharpening. If you don't feel comfortable with doing it yourself, you can have them sharpened at just about any real butcher shop, knife shop and some gunshops will sharpen knives as well.

A dull knife is caused when the serated edges bend over you can try using a knife steel like chefs use but most of the time when a serated knife has bends in it the knife needs replacing

use rounded ceramic sticks and sharpen each individual groove. for faster sharpening use round diamond files and sharpen the same as if using the ceramic sticks.
