If your talking about having sex with a 16 year old, under law, they cannot give consent, at least in Michigan they can't. You could be charged with a 15 year felony or if the person is 12 years of age and under you could be charged with a life offense felony. When it comes to sexual assault, there is no grey area. IF you have sex with a person, male or female, that is 16 years of age or under you could be found guilty in a court of law of criminal sexual conduct-a 15 year felony. If the person is 12 years of age and under, it's a life offense.

nicely having a toddler is a own duty on worrying for that child. That the youngster has a father too it rather is bringing it up and the dad and mom stay mutually, ideally in marriage. not having to positioned the duty on people to look after the youngster each and every of the time (regularly the grand mom and father) because you're youthful and favor to move out socializing, ought to paintings and such. That the rearing of the youngster must be financially afforded and to the duty of the mum and father and under no circumstances be reliant of the authorities for financing. what number 16 year olds in good structure that criteria, not too many, very few certainly. in simple terms because your body can produce a toddler would not advise that duty for a way toddler will be raised and paid for would not matter. A 16 year previous isn't very experienced and desires to study sturdy training in existence contained in the guy international not clean out of faculty. finally the very fact this is mandatory to ask this question signifies that you at the instantaneous are not waiting for both sex or a toddler. in simple terms because you're 16 would not advise you ought to have sex. And your questions practice you're nonetheless a baby not a mature individual. Having little brother and sister fights that little ones do. Like various of 16 year olds do.

16 is not the age of consent in EVERY state. The age of consent has nothing to do with being 16. 16 is the age where most states allow kids to get a Driver's license and kids can get "real" jobs such as working in retail or restaurants part time and 16 was in years gone by the "magic" age for dating...which has nothing to do with sex really. I started dating at 16 but that wasn't when I became sexually active.

NO, that is statutory rape. That is too young. No grey areas where that is concerned. Stay away from children. Be a man and go out with a real woman.

i think age of consent should be 18, i just read a thread about a girl who was asking if having a child was disasterous for school at the age of 16. scary **** really, and consentual sex, can only be consentual if you are able to bear the responsibility of its consequences. if your under 18, and you bear a child, your parents and not yourself are financially responsible until your of age.
