It looks like a forces address but they are usually written like this:

BFPO 1234 (British forces Post office no.)

Maybe it's the forces address in Bangladesh?

Sounds like the forces address in Bangladesh as Dhaka is the capital of Bangladesh.
My fiance lives there, I might be able to tell you more about the address tomorrow after i have spoken to him. Sorry x

Dhaka (previously Dacca) is the capital of Bangladesh. I hadn't thought there were any British forces based there. It could be that it's used for security purposes rather than giving the exact location of troops or perhaps it's used as a kind of post-restante for troops who are on the move.

It looks like a British Forces address. Probably not in UK.
