you might be kind to him, talk nice, insinuate something, but ner come out and tell him.

this is sorta my area of expertice, so maybe this will help. if you're a bubbly sort of perosn, this will work great. when u see him like, at school or watever, (if u go to school, i dnt no how old u are) walk all happy like up to him, make sure he's alone, and say, has anyone ever told you you're hot? this worked GREAT for me!

There's a little known magic phrase to be sued in such situations, it's: "I like you." No reason for you to feel bad, and if he reacts like a jerkm you'll know that he's a ... well, jerk.
