A solution of bleach will help, or even some toothpaste might work. After using the bathroom, the tiles need a wipe to dry them, perhaps open the window to vent the room as it may prevent mould forming. If you don't get it cleaned off you can always use some tipp-ex on the grout to make things look better.

Sounds like you NEED to start from scratch and rip the off the wall completely. BUT if you just want to make the existing grout look better , buy a grout pen ... available in various colours. hope this helps you out fella.

This is the best stuff I have ever come across - HG Hagesan Mould Spray. It EFFECTIVELY removes all black and brown stains caused by mould, fungus and algae.
You can get it on EBay - not that cheap - but beats bleach hands down. Some tile centres also sell it - but more expensive than on EBay. Good Luck !!

X-14 works best for me. Let it soak in the grout for a couple hours - then presto! It is a very strong chemical though, so make sure the room is well-ventilated!

what is the black from?? sounds like mold or mildew. they have stuf like clr remover==== or tilex spray== . but you could try bleach mixed w/water & a tooth brush. just brush on tile joints, leave set then rinse off. becareful don't splash in your eyes. if that works for you then find the spray you put on once or twice aweek & that will help from the build up.. good luck itch

Add 1 cup of baking soda, 1 cup of salt together, right before you are ready to clean add 1 cup of vinager, this causes a bubbling effect which helps loosen up the grime, scrub away! This is also a home remedy to unclog any drain!

apply bleach with a toothbrush ( this will kill any mould spores as well.) Leave for 5-10 minutes then rinse/wipe off
