Does anybody know of a stunt driving school in the PA,DE, MD, or NJ area.

Stunt driving is basically race driving. Most stunt drivers have a strong background in racing. Most of the skill will transfer over, and good car control takes many years of practice. You may want to check out a racing school, or local autocross events.

Wall Speedway in New Jersey has a stunt driving course, several of them actually.
