You kind of suck on the persons neck - not so hard as to draw blood but hard enough to make a "bruise" - that's all a hickey really is, a mild bruise.

Unless you are a kid/teenager, how do you not know this?
A hickey is a bruise - which is formed by broken blood vessels. The bruise itself is blood that has leaked from the broken blood vessel into the surrounding tissues, and is very near the top layer of skin.
Do you still want to know how to do that to someone??

A Hickey causes skin cancer...so start sucking if you want to them to die...

Form a seal with your mouth and suck. Keep it up for about 30 to 45 seconds for a nice dark one that you can be proud of. They may even put a picture of it in "Internal Hemmhorage Monthly".

like a kiss but u suck really hard for a min or so. the harder u suck the worse the hickey.they really gross tho u shouldnt do it.
