Is 2 cycle synthetic oil/gas mix ratio the same as with non-synthetic 2 cycle oil /gas mix ratio?

I've got 4 quarts of 2 cycle synthetic oil but it doesn't have the oil to gas ratio on it. I need the formula for 40 to 1 and 50 to 1 mixtures for my leaf blower and my weed eater.

I'd go with 40 to 1. The most convenient mix I can come up with is One Cup of Oil to 2 1/2 Gallons of Gasonline.
That's 3.2 Oz Oil to 1 Gallon of Gasoline.
