or grow some garden giant mushrooms on the floor, and use fans to circulate the CO2 upwards.

dry ice and water, just makes carbonic acid.
and dry ice itself will probably shock plants.

if you are talking about a real small greenhouse, tonic water sprayed on the plants will do the job. just make sure it doesn't have any sodium in it.

It has already been done by a university in Georgia . IT is a little expensive they would inject more CO2 in some plant house and moor in others. The plants do a great job.

Buy the bottled Carbon Dioxide the resturants use to carbonate your drinks. Its pretty cheap.
