I think that petite women who are thin (but not skinny) are very appealing. So I'd say maybe 5'3" to 5'5". However, no one can change their actual height so I'm not sure what you mean by the question...

I am 5'7" and have a small frame. I think I look fine and so do others. The height shouldn't matter just the attitude. Not to worry, be confident and that is what the others will see.

I assume you mean hair length? Short hair is better on a small person.
