Just make sure you check your documents and "my computer".Also make sure you delete it from the Add and Remove part of your computer(if you can find it).Then if it's something on your web page clear the history and stay away from the porn sites..lol!

Nope, sorry. I think the best thing to do is simply not put it on your computer to begin with.
