Blunt force trauma vs. penetrating trauma? I have found a website showing gory pictures of gun shot wounds but I can't find anything related to blunt force. My assignment is due next week. Please help. I need printable pictures especially.

In all honesty if you can't find photos specifically of those areas by looking up those key words (blunt trauma penetrating crime force) then the next step may be going into a major university or community college and looking in their criminal justice and law section. Or maybe if you have a major library you can ask the librarian for reference books on crime.

You say this is a project, but what is the project trying to prove? After all, if you're trying to disprove a crime, you need the evidence revolving around the trial. If you're looking to be gory you can find all you're looking for on some of the links sent in the above messages. After that I know quite a few but shan't elaborate here as I don't think they're appropriate for students/children under 18.

If you're sure you're mature then try sites that have medical crime photos and analysis. Or contact your local police department's PIO (Public Information Officer) and maybe they can lead you in the right direction. For that you might need a Parent to control what you see; after all you are asking for something quite awful. I know if you were my child I would want to know the importance of this subject, and were it your teacher's suggestion, we'd have a LONG talk with your principal.

And if you're a college student, shame on you - do you own research!

Good luck & God Bless!
