PRACTICE ...LOTS of it forming the letters correctly.
This is going to sound weird, but go to a school supply place and find penmanship tools there that can help you.
Also, just doodle swirles, circles and other rounded "squiggles" over and over making a design.

keep writing... try to copy a letter or something from a person that you admire their hand writing...

practice makes perfect, look at someone's handwritting that you would like to write like, and try to copy it. or maybe you just want to make it more legible. take your time and dont get mad at yourself and over time it will get better
