I constantly think I'm being watched by someone... and I'm almost scared to take a shower just because of it. What's wrong with me?? Do I have an anxiety problem??

No , you are fine, it is a natural instinct, but, I would go to the doctor to get some meds to calm you down a little bit. :-)

I personally would never recommending anyone to get put on Medication, Cause once you stop taking it the symptoms are still there.

It is all about changing your own mind. We are born with our parents telling us stories about the Boogey Man and the Closet monster, and If we are not careful something bad will happen to us, Oh and my favorite there is someone always watching us his name is God, That alone give us a complex about being watched.
Well honey it is all called Family Superstition,

It sounds like at some point in your life you had that one relative or babysitter that would tell you scarey stories as a child to scare the living daylights out of you so that you would do what they want you to do. And at some point you actually started taking those stories and made them real to you as you got older.
Well good news now that you are older you can take those memories and superstitions and get rid of them because they can not harm you if you don't let them. In other words if you really do not want to be haunted by Family Superstitions anymore only you have the power to change your mind about those superstitions. You can actually decide that they will no longer control you anymore, But you also have to have the will and want to live free of fear of your Family Superstitions and nightmares.

You are not crazy, but you do seem to have an anxiety problem. Try to think about things rationally, sort of like dismissing the monster underneath the bed when you were young. Step out and make new habits of acting with confidence in simple ways, like taking a shower whenever you need to.

If you are constantly paranoid someone is watching you, you may have a problem. You may need to consult a doctor or therapist just to be sure. I also fear the same thing and I am bipolar.

You are not crazy, sometimes I feel that way also.Like their watching every move you make like their right behind you.Check with a councelor or pyschiatrist. But maybe someone is watching you,so get someone to find hidden cameras or search around your house for suspicious things.Stay with a friend or family member.

It sound slike you may have paranoia - this could be a result of various mental health issues - definitely see a doctor about this, as it is a clear sign of irrational anxiety, which is something you should take care of as soon as possible before it gets out of hand.

You are not crazy. We live in a crazy world. I would definitely say that you are experiencing anxiety though. So long as it doesn't interfer with your daily living, I really wouldn't worry too much about it. If it is interferring with your normal daily living, make an appointment and see your Dr. Express your concerns to him/her.

You are experiencing paranoia, which could be from one of several disorders. If I were you, I would ask my doctor about it. It may not be anything serious. My husband did the same thing once when he watched too many scary movies.

you just don't know...you may be feeling something that is truly real...sometimes, we do have a sixth sense I believe, that tells us we are in danger...just take all of the normal precautions, and don't take any chances....lock your doors, and if it makes you feel better, ask you neighbors to kind of do a neighborhood watch and keep an eye out for you say your prayers darling and you will be watched over for sure..
