Only native trout now inhabiting Iowa waters?

Nope. If you mean by "native", wild trout, the state DNR regularly stocks many Iowa streams. Browns and rainbows and some brookies which, I believe are all "native." There are many streams that have healthy populations of wild (meaning, reproducing) trout, some which grow quite large.
