Under the age of 25-30, the best anti-aging routine is fairly simple.
1. Drink plenty of WATER.
2. Stay out of the sun, and use sunscreen or sunblock with an SPF of at least 15 EVERY DAY - even in the winter. A moisturizing cream/serum with sunscreen or a foundation with sunscreen will do the trick.
3. Wash your face every day using a gentle soap and water. Water alone will not be enough to remove the impurities.
4. Don't smoke and avoid second-hand smoke. It not only ages your skin faster, but also can be a culprit for acne breakouts.
5. Only exfoliate 1-2x a week, unless you have severe acne-prone skin, then exfoliate at least every other day. Exfoliating removes dead skin cells, showing your smooth skin underneath.
6. Exercise, and eat healthy. Your skin needs vitamins and minerals from your healthy diet to stay healthy and maintain elasticity. While sweat is gross, breaking out a sweat during a workout is actually good for your skin, as long as you wash your face afterwards. The sweat forces dirt and oil out of your pores.
A teenager is YOUNG and has YOUNG SKIN....the kind of skinth at the rest of us 25 and over are trying to achieve!

I don't feel that makeup is necessarily bad for your skin if you apply it minimally (which is just good sense if you want to look good in my opinion) and wash it off with gentle cleansers or soap every night. To be honest, I don't ever take my makeup off at the end of the day when I put on makeup and don't really have many problems but this is generally not a good idea. As for anti aging treatments, I have no expertise in this but I don't think that as a general rule it is bad. However, there are many face treatments that are out there that may not be good for your skin at any age so you need to be wary. Other than that, I'd say the earlier the better but so long as you put lotion on every day I don't see why you would need anti aging treatments as a teenager. If you keep it moisturized and protected from the sun, I think that should be fine

Depends on what kind. Some might be a bad idea b/c it's a waste of money because it's a waste. Some might be bad in terms of it's ingredients.
I recomment that as a 'teen' that they stick with natural things like staying out of the sun. I learned that rule, from mom and grandmom. Grand mom stayed out of sun and died looking old but with no wrinkles, Mom laid out in the sun and had wrinkles in her 30's. I am now 40 and still have no wrinkles.
You don't have to buy product to do the the right thing for your skin. Just wash skin with water only. Try not to use much make-up (because when you take it off with product, then the product might be a bad idea.) Oh, that's another thing I don't do is make-up. I have really good stuff but it's only for special occations or when I go to work and even that isn't very much. I think back to high school and all the makeup and product I used to take it off and I just cringe at what my face must have been going thru!
One last comment, the more creams and cleaners you put on your face, the more it will break out.

a good age to start using anti-aging treatments is when you hit your 20s. thats when your collagen and elastic production will start to slow down.
in the mean time, you should be wearing sunscreen EVERYDAY. this is crucial and will benefit your skin very much in the future!!!! If you feel that you need to start using something, use something with Vitamin C or A. Both have strong antioxidant properties and help with cell renewal.

I don't know certain about it being bad, but I would assume so.
Teenagers are still aging, so trying to put a stop to it in a certain area couldn't be good. Besides, usually when adults use anti-aging cream they are trying to get the kind of skin they once had when they were younger.

Sun block is ok but anti-aging itself shouldnt start before 25.
For now you can keep skin hydrated and protected from sun, that should be quite enough and no teen should be worrying about aging signs so early.

What have you been smoking? Anti-aging for teens? Combined with pimple removing cream, perhaps? Give me a break. Or are you a dermatologist trolling for ideas and new patients?

well i think it is because if your like barely 13-20 your body is still growing, and it might cause for your skin to have an outbreak or to be dry and i think that you shouldnt be using anti-aging treatment (but just my opinion)

Anti aging just means protecting your skin from environmental damage like sun. The earlier you start the better.
