Im constantly catching her in small and big lies and each time I catch it she apologizes and swears she'll never do it again, then turns around and lies again.. Someone help !

Sorry my friend, but it sounds like you have a habitual liar on your hands. I'm not sure there's anything you can do unless your girlfriend starts facing up to what is making her lie habitually.
It may stem from a lack of self-confidence. She may not feel good about herself so she lies to cover up what she view to be her inadequacies whether they are problems or not. I'm sorry to say I don't see you having a future with her unless she gets some help for her problem. If you can't trust her, what kind of relationship do you have?

Maybe even if it's a white lie, she's afraid of you getting upset with her.. Shes obviously insecure.. But you can help with that ! If she doesnt stop leave her, then she'll learn !

talk to her. ask her why she is always lieing. and tell her u want to trust her, and that she doesnt need to lie to u, that she should feel comfortable telling u anything. (if thats true with u). if she is still lieing to u after u talk to her, then maybe you should move on. there are so many other girls out there

don't know why she does this, but relationships aren't good if there is no trust. trust is the foundation of a relationship and with that there is nothing. time for the big boot to the curb. good luck

There could be a number of reasons for this. Here are my three guesses:
1--Maybe she's a pathological liar
2--Maybe she's playing you for a fool
3--Maybe she doesn't trust you.
