Yes you can fall inlove with your bestfriend and the best to tell her is to be honest and tell her that you love her..
There are advantages and disadvantages for this kind of "relationship".
advantage : you already know each other meaning you know each others likes, dislikes and even attitute and chances are your relationship will last because you started as friends especially if both of you are willing to give your relationhiop
disadvantage : the girl might take it againts you saying you are abusing your friendship and you are taking advantage about it.
but.. when it comes to LOVE.. everything is worth trying

you can fall in love with your best friend b/c I have with one of mine and we went out but now our relationship is a little bit different but we still talk and I can trust him like before and I'm not sure on how you can tell her but I guess you can just tell her what you feel from your heart!

i think it is possible to fall in love with ur best mate, but id approach the issue with caution coz i wudnt wanna wreck the friendship, find out if she feels the same way first, if she doesnt, u havent lost n e thing, but if she does, uve gained sum thing
