Why you can't kiss him , if the guy is your bf so what's the problem to kiss him .

Why can't you?? If he has a girlfriend the your right you can't. Why don't you tell him how you feel if you haven't already and then go from there. You don't to just randomly go up to him and kiss him that might scare him a little bit. Just take things slowly don't rush into anything. If you really want to kiss and you do just don't do it in front of a bunch of people because then it'll look bad. Kiss him in a more private place where it is less likely for people to see you so that way you can see how he reacts, and if he wants to go out with you or not.
