When you say two you limit the possibilitys consiterably. thinking about the power that goes into the earths ecosystems i think of how everything effects everything else but I find only two that we cannot influance. And both are created by the orbit we are enevitably stuck in... The gravitational pull created by the earth and the sun forceing the tides and thus enabling a diversity in the ecosystems on the shores of coasts all around the would, and the energy created by the sun, alowing the producers (plants) to thrive and in turn the consumers and from the decaying matter of both producers and consumers the decomposers thrive.

There are no two. All organisms on earth are symbiotic, and collectively contribute to the earths ecosystem

The Sun is definitely one. For the other I'd believe it'd have something to do with the earth's crust or soil. Perhaps one could call it "Organic Life". Because bacteria or other microscopic organisms would have a lot to do with things I imagine.

the sun and the moon. the sun heats the earth while the moons rotation cools it at night.
there is also photosynthesis which without most life would cease to exist on earth.

Definately the sun.
Give up on the second. Maybe the molten core (plate tectonics)

I thought it was just the sun's energy, so I look forward to reading what the other one is.

great question if it weren't so ambiguous.
hard to tell what you are really asking for in this question.
in reality, without having a more specified question, your answer could be anything from bio-diversity and co-evolution, to cohabitation and biocoenosis.
