depends what you mean by "fat" and "oil".
Plants have lots of oils. Take olive oil for example.
Just take some olives, squeeze them, and remove the water. Same thing with corn, soy, nuts of all
kinds, ....most all plants.
Animal fats tend to be more saturated....solid
at room temperature...they contain fewer
double c=c bonds and more hydrogen...but they
are usually cis-bonds not the trans bonds made
as a byproduct in artificial hydrogenation.
Animal fats also contain cholestearol. Plant fats
do not contain any cholestearol. Only animals
can make it.

How do you get oil from plants? Heat it and squeeze the living s%@t out of it. I know...had some green leafy vegetation I extracted some oil from. Made damn fine biscuits. LOL

vegetables dont have oil either...its the oil itself thats fattening and they just add vegetables for taste so it can be used in other things
