Dear Obsessed: What you said, is fine. I think if I were going to do an offering prayer, I might say something like this:
"Father, through your divine Holy Spirit Who exists in the souls of each and everyone of us, I offer these partnership monies for Him to use where He knows it is best needed. Because the Holy Spirit exists within us and knows each of us as Himself, I ask Him to bring these funds to where it will be used for the most good and its highest use. Holy Spirit, You know who and You know where. . .into your hands I place this offering. Amen.

Prayer is useless. Instead, go out and actually offer someone something, instead of just praying about it. There are many needy people.
One man with a hammer can do much more good than a million people praying.

Any prayer if sincere will do just fine. Here is one for you I wrote. Almighty God hear my prayer. Look into my heart see how much I care. Please never turn away. I will do better each and every day.
