u have to keep yourself busy, and deep inside you know what cheers you up. but i will say to talk to someone and go out with some friends. try some thing new this keeps you cheerful. like learn how to play an instrument, or meet new people, be open to new things as long as they are not bad. I hope you take this advice. you have to keep your head up don't let nothing bring you down.
