Thomas Jefferson apparently decided to come back to life after hearing that so many people nowadays are calling him a Christian. Not that I can blame him. I'd want to set the record straight, too.

That is what I was wondering about. How can King James or any other person rewrite the bible and take something out and then everybody likes what is in there and not in the one with the book of wisdom, book of Tobit ect., and then they call the book the like the RIGHT BIBLE instead of the older ones. If GOD wrote the bible who gave King James for example the right to write HIS OWN VERSION?

Jefferson wrote a commentary on the life of Jesus-not a Bible.

God said that we should neither add to, nor take away from His Word. There are so many different versions of the Bible that it is quite possible that some may have taken out portions of His Word, tweaked His Word (their understanding), or added to His Word. Why desecrate and deconsecrate His Word? In doing so, you are desecrating and deconsecrating Him as He is the Word.

Yes, I did know... after reading what you thought about Religion. I'd have to agree with you on several points, even though your overall belief is somewhat different than my own (me being a dirty Pagan and all).
