What is it mean if your palms itch really bad? And dont say, dirty hands or ganna get money soon.

Please do not ignore this symptom. It can be only dermatologically related, but it can also be a sign of liver dysfunction. I thought cirrhosis was only caused by alcoholism, but there are many more ways to acquire this disease.
There are a few symptoms of cirrhosis, also known as the "silent killer". Itchy hands and feet can be caused by the excretion of excess bile salts. To determine if this is the problem, look at the other symptoms (although some on the link I cited do not show up until later stages). Visit your doctor and ask if they feel a liver enzyme/liver function test is called for. They will be looking for elevated AST/ALT levels.
For about a year, I mentioned my itchiness everytime I went to the doc for something else; they always ignored it. Now I have cirrhosis. There is no cure for cirrhosis, but if you find out you have liver dysfunction early, you can make some changes that may protect you from developing cirrhosis.

Superstition says you are going to come into money.
Otherwise, in the real world it sounds like contact dermatitis, like using a new soap, something that your hands are coming into contact with to which you are allergic, or a new medication you are taking is causing a reaction.
I have been itching in the small of my lower back for about a month and cannot figure that one out.
I need to see a dermatologist as should you.

"You will be getting money soon". Or you could have a fungus or alergy. Pour a little Listerine anticeptic (yes, the mouthwash) and switch to a baby soap for a while. Plain vasaline if you need a moisturizer, give your skin some time to heal.

The chances are high that its a contact dermatitis. If you have used a new soap, detergent, hand wash etc etc it could well be that...;
