There is no "factory reset" for the locks on a Dish receiver. I work for Dish and we get this question a lot!! You have 3 options.
1. Ask your parents to unlock it for your shows.
2. Try to figure out the code yourself. There is a danger here because after 3 incorrect attempts, the system will lock for 24 hours!!
3. Call Dish and have them send a Parental hit. This also has a danger because it will reset the code on ALL receivers and your parents will still find out!!
