Well, alot of the products advertised in your tabloids are just rip offs and there are alot of old wives tales. However, there are a few things that have made a difference in the health and length of my own hair. One of these is Ecoquest vitamins. They are amazing. Improving the health of your hair, skin and nails will take more than vitamins from Walgreens that may not have been tested, could be outdated and totally ineffective. Eat carrots since vitamin A is good for your body, drinking lots of water is also good. A consistent exercise routine also helps since natural oils and sweat increase your metabolism and improve your body's ability to take care of your overall health. Most of the things that improve your overall health will help your hair and nails grow faster and improve the look of your skin. Brushing your hair will not make it grow faster, but it will help spread the oils out more evenly so that the look and feel of it is healtheir and you'll have less split ends. Using high quality salon products is helpful. I really like Mario Tricocci - they can recommend the best products in the world to help your hair be stronger and look great while trying to grow it faster. The sad truth is that genetics is the biggest factor here. Some people have it in their genes to grow that Rapunzel hair in 6 months to a year, thick long and perfect. Others of us, unfortunately - have thin scraggly hair and it takes about 15 years just to get midway down the back and will break off no matter what you try to do to improve your health and make it grow longer and faster. Also, I don't recommend getting pregnant since for many women - your hair actually can thin and fall out - for others it grows thicker and faster, but not most of us.

Clipping your split ends, deep conditioning your hair every so often, and using a really good hair moisturizer helps your hair grow faster and also healthier. You shouldn't just concern yourself with lenght, but health as well. I tried a product called "Do Gro" and it worked. Try not using too many products that are too heavy for your hair either. Good luck.

I don't think you can maker your hair grow 'magically' faster, some peoples hair grows longer than others. My advice is to get regular hair cuts to get rid of split ends but your hair won't grow a million times faster.
I hope I helped

Sea kelp or Vitamin B complex. Am trying to do the same thing after my hair has thinned out due to an iron deficiency. You should also massage your scalp with warm coconut oil before you wash it leave it on for a couple of hours. People also keep talking about prenatal vitamins helping

I've never tried this, but I heard that if you cut your hair on a full moon, it'll grow back faster. Myth? Maybe. But, when I started taking a daily multi-vitamin, I noticed my hair was more healthy and shiny, and my skin improved as well. Wouldn't hurt!

watch out for those deadly split ends, no matter how good of a product you get, it will be literally impossible for hair to grow with spilt ends.

They say that Jello accentuates the growth of hair and nails. I don't know if that's entirely true or not, but give it a try.
