i have spent the last hour searching for restaurant training programmes that i can view online in order to devise a session for my staff on monday night. every site i access show only books i can buy - i do not want to do this as i am only running a half hour session. any help would be much appreciated

You may need to get a software program or create a PowerPoint of the information you are wanting to share. Most of the on line training services I find are schools and are geared towards single person development as opposed to team education.

Ceserani and Kinton,plus Wayne Gisslen are the sources and your staff need access to the books. (I assume you are talking about cooking, as distinct from the role of the chef de rang).

You will not be able to teach cooking skills or serving skills to anyone in half-hour sessions.

Ye Gods! What kind of outlet are you running? Is it a restaurant, or a fast food joint? Please give me the name, in order that I can avoid it!
