From Michelle:
Drink lots of milk. It is rich in calcium, protein and Vitamin D. Fish oil will add shine to your hair. Try eating cod and salmon frequently. Citrus fruits and carrots are also good for hair and skin.
Use Carina Organics deep-conditioning treatment from the health food store twice a week. It goes for about $10.00.
Semipermanent haircolour and henna conditioning treatments add shine, body and smooth out the cuticle. Those products also help to thicken hair. Try using Downunder Naturals shampoo and conditioner. Rinse with rainwater and white vinegar once a week. Avoid products with alcohol and hair spray. Mousse and gel are less drying. Blow dry with a diffuser on low.

Hair is made up of bone, similar to our bones in our body, so I would think if you have a good diet of calcium such as cheese milk etc, than your hair will be healthy.Using natural hair produces I have found is also good and washing your hair twice a week and lots of brushing.Though the rate of hair growth all depends on the individual we are all different and may be you are one of though people whose hair grows slow,be patience and let nature take its course

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aMKuU While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

Nature is the one that makes your hair grow. One can't make it grow faster or slower.
